Lawsuits against EA

 Due to bugs in Battlefield 4.

As if that were not enough , the declining sales of Battlefield 4 which sold about 69 % fewer copies in its first week in connection with Battlefield 3, the EA accepted lawsuits in America for quality first .

According to information , the two law firms that have moved to sue , claiming that EA concealed the problems facing the newest member of the series before it even released in stores and misled consumers by selling them a product of inferior quality than that advertised by the American giant . As if this were not enough , there is also the complaint that before the game released on the market , senior executives EA sold a respectable part of their shares in " inflated " price, which resulted from the rise of the share after the rave but misleading statements about Battlefield 4. On the side of the EA commented that these claims are not valid and that they intend to defend themselves. It is not certain that the court will dismiss the complaints .
